Novotel Kolkata Hotel and Residences

We had booked a stay for 5 nights @ Novotel Kolkata for my brother’s wedding. After an unpleasant experience with the room’s cleanliness & response from the night staff on the first night, we had shared our feedback through TripAdvisor. From day 2 onwards, I must say that the novotel managers looked into the matter and ensured a pleasant stay for the rest of the 4 nights so that I could focus on the wedding. I must appreciate all the efforts put in by Chandrani & Poonam. Special mention to the floor hospitality lead - Sushmita & team as well. (Reminds me of Arjun’s leadership from his courtyard days). Although the unpleasant beginnings, All’s well that ends well.  Overall, I would consider Novotel for my next visit and a few consistent experiences like this may make me consider them with my favorites of ITC & Marriott. I appreciate their hospitality and as my 2 cents would encourage them to deliver this outstanding service from day 1 and improve the night shift’s performance.

Mr. Ibrahim from front desk was very professional, taken hassel free check in of ours. He fulfill our all request. Mr. RAJDEEP from "The Square" was excellent, he did very good service👍. For this excellent service from him we will visit very soon. Thank you

Perfect from every aspect. Room quality, dimensions, ambiance, washroom, room products like bed sheets, towels, the staffs and management, everything is so perfect

Front office lady guest relation Manager whom we spoken forget the name, she made us late check out at 3pm Thank you for a pleasant and sweet behaviour. Room dining employee Mr. Neel provide breakfast in room which was part of our package in restaurant buffet we are not feeling well for that reason we have ask for that Mr Neel taken extra care and given food exactly which we have ordered followed by accompaniments. Thank you so much Mr. NEEL Blue Tokai employee Mr. Anupam serve us a cappuccino and pastry and taken extra care of us, very welcoming gesture, polite nature, warm behaviour, very much professional about his work. we definitely visit again in blue tokai as soon as possible.

So clean, comfortable, and very nice washroom. The Staffs are well trained. And best thing is the excellent location, you find a very large and one of the most famous mall (axis Mall). The Environment inside and outside the hotel is so chaotic and luxurious
